Virginia Janssen
designed and sculpted this series of medallions for the
Medalcraft Mint, Inc.
These medals were presented to
employees in recognition of years spent at the company.
Thematically they represent the materials and techniques utilized
at Medalcraft, while also describing qualities
possessed by Medalcraft's employees. The actual physical value of
the medal increases proportionately to the number of years
an employee works for the company.
